Am I the only one here who watched the third eposide? Are others here not as into the Bethenny show as they were the NYC Housewives show?

No way, Hopes. My wife makes sure we watch it every week! Lol!

That dress last night...I mean, was that the best she could do? It was a shower lunch...why not a nice pair of slacks or jeans and a nice top? Why go practically naked?

Jason really does need to get off his duff and help.

While most of her dresses were definitely way too tight in the breast area, she could have put together a nice enough outfit with her leggings she always wears. She didn't have to wear a dress to a shower lunch.

I can understand Jason being afraid to get involved. Bethenny strikes me as the "you need to help/you're not doing it right" type person. It's clear that Jason knows that she would gripe on him about anything he does. He came up with ONE WAY he could help that she coudn't judge---taking her to the courthouse for the marriage license. Can you believe her bitchiness when she got into the car "I'm busy. How long will this take?"

the dresses these housewives are wearing nowadays that are really shirts are pushing the envelope. Leggings or pants would look a lot better and make the outfit complete. I mean I always thought if one put on a shirt the next step would be to put on pants.

I always LMAO at the wedding planner. He is terrified of B.

Ok, I teared up when Bethenny cried when it was brought up that she would have no family at the wedding. That was sad.
The pre-wedding dinner was very nice.
Jason seems a super guy with a very good sense of right and wrong and how to handle B. His parents are tops too!

I don't get why she has a wedding planner at all if she's just going to do everything for herself. Isn't the point of a wedding planner letting them shoulder the stress? That's what ours did for our cliffside wedding in Maui! Everything from the flowers to the food were fabulous!

Not sure how much I watched before falling asleep (what else is new?)
I saw the dress she was going to wear & had no clue how she was even breathing with it on. I also didn't think her long shirt was appropriate as a dress & thought it looked fine with the pants she had on.

As far as Jason & helping; yes, even though she likes to do things herself, he can stand by her side & offer opinions when needed. The easy way out is to say she's a control freak (which she knows) & says she wouldn't want his help. His body is needed next to hers to offer support.

I don't know if it's me but I'm not seeing a lot of love between the 2. They could be different off camera; I don't know; they just don't look like 2 people in love. They're more like 2 older people (Um, she's almost as old as me) who both want a partner & family & expect love to grow.

I can't stand the wedding planner. I don't like him on who's wedding is it anyway either. Out of the many wedding planners in that area of NY/NJ there are much better planners for her.

Are you a guy? Not sure with the name of Stan.
I ask because most women would want to pick their stuff.

I for one wouldn't give a planner the OK to pick things either.
The way I see it, they are there to help take me to places to look at what's available. Even on the wedding shows, the brides go with the planner to look at what flowers they want included, then they decide what everything will look like. The planner is doing the grunt work.

I get the same feeling about them. Remember when the woman who will be marrying them said to look happier right before taking their picture? Priceless!
