I used to enjoy the tv show "heroes" but one thing about it drove me crazy: What's up with the blonde cheerleader chick? She looks like she's 30! And also she has to be one of the worst actresses ever. See, to me this always greatly compromised the credibility of the otherwise great show. I always wondered why the show's producers couldn't do a better job of casting with her part: there must have been thousands of choices in hollywood for a juicy tv part like that.
What say you guys?

I'm still enjoying the show, wasn't thrilled with season two, but I've been loving this season, except for the the cheerleader storyline, not liking the carnival guy either, that closing scene was so anticlamatic he and cheerleader girl must be sharing the same acting coach.

I have given up on this show. The addition of T Bag didn't help anything and I have hated almost all the storylines.

1. I just plain don't like the circus storyline
2. Hiro should now by now he can't change things by going back into the past.
3. Parkman acts like he just got his powers. He should now how to better deal with hearing things that nobody else does. Instead he freaks out because he is annoyed.

Heroes should have been shot in the head after season 2

This show had a lot of potential. If i was writing:

Season 1 would have introduced the main characters and their story. It would have established the creation of the corporation and Dr. Suresh's father and Sylar's relationship. It would introduce Peter, Hiro, Nathan, Claire, etc. The Season would have ended with the bomb exploding in NYC.

Season 2 would have started 5 years later in the Dark Future that was shown in season 1 (so no time traveling to the future for the young hiro. he develops this power later on in the future). Hiro would have traveled back in time several times to fix the future by himself. Finally, he goes back to meet with his young self to make him create the changes. The young hiro with the help of friends stop the explosion. The future is changed. The future Hiro is killed by President Nathan/Sylar. Sylar finally gets time traveling power. The season ends with Sylar travelling back to the revised past.

Season 3 is set in the revised past. Future Sylar and present Sylar team up and kill nathan. Future Sylar becomes nathan allowing present Sylar to reach havok. Future Sylar advises present sylar on what to do and has him create a team. Noah, Hiro, Peter, Matt and Claire become suspicious and make Hiro travel to the future to reconfirm with the future Hiro. Hiro finds the Future Peter and they team up to find the Future Hiro. They discover what happen to Hiro but are unsure on how it happen. The season ends with Hiro traveling back to update the team;meanwhile, Future Peter investigate happens to Future Hiro.

the problem with all 3 of your seasons is the underlying problem that all 3 of nbc's seasons of the show ultimately failed...way too much emphasis on one character (sylar). how long do you drag out one antagonist? 3 seasons on prime time television? come on already!

also they should have limited all the time travel stuff. it's messy and it complicates things for viewers. it also leaves a number of plot holes. theoretically the power to control time itself is a god like power. yet the weakest, most aloof character on the show yielded it. kinda pointless in my opinion.

That sums up the entire show right there.

HEROES had the potential to be a great show. Great premise. Fun characters. No silly costumes.

But the mediocre to downright bad writing never allowed this show to shine. Season 1 was fun because it at least had a point, a destination to where it was headed. Unfortunately, the subsequent seasons proved that the writers had no idea where the story was going. Seasons 2 through the last ranged from the ridiculous to the just plain boring.

Yeah, Hiro was misplaced. The main characters were Peter and Sylar; all the others were supporting characters. I felt like they gave away too much in the 1st season. They should have slowed down the story development and concentrated on character development. Season 2 started out with many plot holes and introduced new characters while the 1st season characters were not fully developed.

Cool name (-)
