So do you think Nicole will tell Wyatt that Maya is transgender? Even if she stops in mid-sentence (like at the end of today's episode), Wyatt will already know that the secret is about Maya rather than Rick. I am sure with the Spencer Publications resources they can dig up the information about Maya's past whether Nicole gives away the secret or not.

So how is Charlie so smart that he knows that if Maya is taking estrogen pills she must be transgender?
I agree with you on this. There are many reasons a woman would be taking estrogen pills and being transgendered is not the first thing that springs to mind.

I guess the explanation that Charlie saw a show on transgender people is good enough explanation. But why is Pam afraid to disclose this information to the Spencer boys to use against Rick?

Yes agreed. Now Ridge is also suspicious after hearing Pam and Charlie arguing about Maya & Rick.
As for Nicole trying to convince Maya not to tell Rick the secret, I think Nicole thinks that not only will Maya lose Rick but she will lose Wyatt (although she doesn't seem to realize that Wyatt is also using her besides actually liking her).
