If you have antenna only tv heres a new tv network i just discovered. It shows old tv shows & movies just like this tv & antenna tv. If you live in the los angeles broadcasting area tune to digital channel 56-3 (kdoc). I really like retro tv shows & movies & this is a good network. http://www.metvnetwork.com/index.php
Im watching a tv show right now i havent seen in years. Petticoat junction. I just wish it was on during the early eve hrs. Great old show from the 60s. My three sons is on next.
Heres a list of the programs on Me-TV. http://mlvb.net/www.metvnetwork.com/programs.php
There is a station here in Houston that shows old TV shows. I think it's called Antenna TV. It's on channel 39.2. I watch Good Times on there every now and then.
The odd couple is on now. I would hate to have roomates like oscar & felix. I like the bob newhart show as well. Me tv is classic tv & my favorite network (for now).
Because i dont have cable this is great for me. Prior to digital tv being implemented by the govt i didnt see too many classic tv shows from the 50,s-70s on tv but now i do. This tv, antenna tv & me tv are watched often by me. I was able to watch whitesprings tv, retro tv & tuff tv awhile back with digital tv but not now & i dont know why. I guess if you live in the L.A. area you can pick up those networks better then where i live which is 70 miles east of los angeles. Right now on Me tv is stagecoach west starring dick york (first daren stevens on bewitched). Up next is rawhide starring a very young & not so then tough clint eastwood.
Shouldn't this be on the Chicago Fourm since this is a Chicago Cable Channel?
