Never been big on westerns unless it was Eastwood was in it. I've been looking for one to get in for a long time now. My wife & I are really enjoying this show so far. Great cast keeps you going we are on the 3rd season so far. Very addicting. Anyone else liking this show? No spoilers please Just read that the 5th season will be the end of it.

I love the show. I'm NOT a western fan by any means, but I love the historical aspect of the show.

I wouldn't suggest doing it yet because you might get spoiled on some major plot points, but once you get into the show, I suggest googling some of the characters. A lot of them are based on actual historical figures.

The main character, Cullen Bohannon, is the quintessential reluctant hero. He has a code he lives by, but he knows he isn't a "good man." (although his actions are admirable most of the time.) Plus, Anson Mount, the actor who portrays him, is easy on the eyes, if that's your thing.

In fact, I think I'm going to go back and watch the first four seasons to prep for the end of the final season.

There have been 4 seasons? Are they all on Netflix now? I think I only saw three and the 4th was playing on AMC (in the summer).

Great show!

All of them are on Netflix. I'm sorry that the last season is coming up though would like to see more of it.

Thanks. I will check to see whether I've seen Season 4. I can't believe Common got killed off - that was unexpected to me. And sad.

It was the worst story detour of the series for me. The extended end of Mr Ferguson was like Kobe Bryant on his retirement tour of NBA cities and took away from the drive to build that railroad.

When Cullen hung that boy who took the blame for killing that one guy we were livid. Knowing FULL well it was his father who killed him... UGH!

I binged and took it for granted I missed things. Like did he really impregnate that Mormon girl or did he pretend to have to save her honor - since he would marry her?

Oh, ha! I tuned into season 3 finale and that just so happened to be about this. The look on his face when she said it's his - lol!

Seems to be his though. IDK how far back I need to go to see then meeting and whatnot.

I just didn't think he would do something like that.
