I don't know why they are fighting, but it does not add to the enjoyment of the show. I was initially excited about this new season, but so far its not quite where it use to be u know before the cast change.

I still like it too and can't wait for a new episode. I don't watch "Private Practice" anymore, though.

Still watch it, still love it. I even watched the rerun last night because I am fascinated by the Hunt/Yang storyline and wanted to see it evolve again.
I will probably start watching Private Practice now since there is going to be a CROSSOVER EVENT next week and those things always suck me in.
