Which episode had Ryan White? I can't believe I missed that one.
It was the "Tear Down These Wall" I believe.

There would be sooo many episodes if they truly covered everything that happened. Chicago Bears Shuffle anyone?

Love the Super Bowl Shuffle ... I get teary eyed when I see Walter trying to dance ...

It really was a dumbed down version of the 80's. All about MTV, Madonna and Ted Turner ... hmmm. Also, they put an emphasis on Jane Fonda ... huh?

Well the "Jane Fonda Workout" was probably one of the biggest things of the 80's.

It's interesting the emphasis they put on Ted Turner and CNN considering NatGeo is partially owned by FOX.

I found that interesting too.

And MTV is a viacom company ...

It was a great series! My husband and I (42 and 41) watched it with our teenage boys (15 and 13). It really gave them insight into the decade that made their parents. They were shocked that we knew about everything on the show! Parents usually don't know anything, right? What a great decade with so many memories!!

Very true! We have told our kids stories of things that happened during that time. It was even weird saying "I was your age when that happened" or "I was X years old when this happened and blah, blah, blah".
It was full of memories. Even though I was very young, I remember a lot from that time period. Its so weird that my kids are playing with some of the toys my husband and I had from that time period.
