NBC Sunday pregame show starts at 6pm cst and the game starts at 7:40pm cst I think they should start the games at 6:45pm or 7pm cst. Some games are over at 11pm to 11:20pm cst a lot of people have to work the next day and people can not stay up that late to watch the games and then the news can start earlier. Another thing I do not like is these NBC Sunday night games seem to have to most comercials of any pro football games.
I just asked hubby last night when did football become an hours long saga?
Last night it was almost 8PM and the last of the 4-4:30 games was just wrapping up!! 3.5 to 4 hours is just to dam long

Just be glad that you don't live in the Eastern time zone like MANY of us do.

You've got it better than those of us on the East coast. Games finish an hour later for us than for you. It was midnight or after when the game went off last night.
Wish away, but Sunday night games will never start any earlier than the end of the afternoon games on CBS and Fox. Nor will any of the networks give up their inflated advertising revenues, which have caused the games to expand from less than three hours to almost four, or longer.
CBS might be the ones that need to clean up their schedule. That 4 hour block is wishful thinking. Stick with 2 new shows and a rerun after the 4pm game.

The early games for us (Mountain Time Zone) start at 11:00 a.m. and about 2:15 p.m. Sunday night starts at 4:30 p.m. Last night the Broncos game went until 5:50 p.m., so Sunday night on NBC had already started.
If you live in Hawaii, your games start at 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. with Sunday night at 2:00 p.m.
either way someone gets the short end. the early games start at 10 on the wc. I would be fine with a 9 am start here but I don't think most people would
What about the early starts to games? In Arizona up til last week's games the morning games were at 10:00 AM so by the time I had breakfast, the games started. Now I at least have time to work out. FYI Sunday Night Games are aired/played at either 5PM or 6PM.
I rather complain about World Series games starting at 8PM eastern, because it hurts the chances of young fans watching the games of their favorite teams.

We don't have daylight saving time here in AZ, so when the world is on daylight time, we're the same time zone as PDT. When everyone else "falls back" we do too, sort of, so that we're on MST. They call our time zone MST all year, but I think of it as L.A. time (summer) and Denver time (winter). Confusing...
