Just watched a couple of episodes, interesting. Definitely a different lifestyle.

They haven't made clear yet where these folks actually work and what they do for a living, but they might clarify later on.

I watched the show out of curiosity, but now I'm kind of hooked on it. I think the title is Polygamy, USA.

Tuesdays at 9:00 (assume mountain time?) on National Geographic. And it is Polygamy, USA.

I caught the last two episodes as well, and I am also hooked. It's on at 9 PM on the east coast, too.

They try to hide where they work because if it gets out and is public they are often fired. That is what happened on Sister Wives to one of the women.

This is my new favorite show, although these people's logic is SO strange. I'm watching it right now where the dad is telling the son that marriage is not about him, it's about the community. Umm..okay. Not a fan of this lifestyle, but it's interesting to see that these people are about 50% like normal people. They raise their children, they work, they spend time with their husband (although it often seems awkward), they have needs and wants and goals. However, I think that it's strange that you marry someone you hardly know (which is probably why it's awkward), you constantly have to be covered, and these children have no childhood.

Hyrum Burton is super hot. He's going to have some gorgeous kids with that great smile. It's too bad that he doesn't believe in monogomy. ;-)

Hyrum is hot! He seems pretty nice to boot. I don't understand why Arthur thought Ezra was rushing into things with Tiffany, since they' been dating for 6 months and Hyrum and Kellie got married after knowing each other only 2 weeks! I hope the Brethren find Rose a nice man, she seems like a sweet girl. This is my new favorite show too, I'm seeing the polygamists as more normal people, even though I don't agree with their lifestyle.

I watched the last show and was so shocked when it said that the young couple that just got matched up would marry 2 WEEKS after they first met. They took a hike, had their versions of bridal shower and guys night out and then boom, married. I also find it odd that it is the girl that gets some kind of internal vision/inspiration of who it is she is supposed to marry and the guy has nothing to do with that decision. Now Rose Marie has been praying for inspiration for over 2 years and gotten nothing, so she is now letting these particular elders choose for her. I was surprised when they said that these men have a direct link to God.
