Sons of Anarchy "we're the good guys" - who said that? (quotes, show)

I think it was season 3, and I think it was Unser, but I can't remember for sure, and that's part of a title of a presentation I'm doing, and I feel like an idiot not remembering.

IIRC, the context was the character objecting to being called a gangster or bad guy or something ... he said "But we're the good guys!" as if that should have been obvious to everyone.

Anyone else find this familiar and remember which season/show/character it was?

When watching the show I had to laugh when Gemma made a responding comment about being a red head (thoughts of Peggy Bundy )

^^^ Yep! It was Piney, not Unser. I was able to find it on a Wiki page with tons of quotes from Sons of Anarchy. How did I ever do things before the Internet?

And Berdee, that's funny about Gemma! I must say I DO think of her as Gemma now even though I remember her MwC days.
