The Real Housewives of Orange County, The OC, and Laguna Beach can all go down the toilet. Hate them all!!!! There is much more than those three shows to where we live.

Chicago has tons:

but I was definitely a fan of Family Matters when I was younger. And of course Punky Brewster, Perfect Strangers and Webster. Hahaha.

One show that I think reflected a typical Chicago family spot on was Married...With Children.

LOL..I was thinking of that show. Funny how no one had a Chicago accent though.

Also wasn't Peggy from Wanker County, Wisconsin? (Which I found out doesn't exist...big surprise!)

Has Atlanta had any shows take place in their city? Or Memphis or Nashville?

THe only reason Cleveland even got Drew Carey was because that was where Drew Carey grew up. Maybe St. Louis should have the "John Goodman Show" and Indianapolis should have the "David Letterman Show", although that kind of exists already someplace else. LOL if Johnny Carson were still alive, we could have the Corning, Iowa show, where he grew up...wow...Corning, Iowa...I bet we'd have TONS of people watching that I guess with Carson though anything was possible...there will never be a show business host like him ever again. David Letterman and Jay Leno could only dream of being able have feet big enough to fit Carson's shoes.

I am surprised that no show was done about it when it was one of the biggest cities in the United States at one time up into the 1950s. Did Pittsburgh ever get a show done about it?

To those who asked about Pittsburgh and Atlanta. Atlanta had Matlock and Designing Women. Pittsburgh had Mr. Rogers, Mr Belvedere, and My So-Called Life.
