A few of my favorites:

Fresh Prince-Will gets knocked out by a girl in a boxing gym. He then has a dream where a bunch of women beat him up at the gym. Later he goes back and overpowers the same woman and ends up asking her out.

Three's Company-Jack gets mistaken for another guy and a woman comes into his work kitchen and judo flips him all around.

Supernatural-a lot of good fight scenes

MacGyver-there was one episode where a woman uses martial arts to knock him all around and office. He dodges one jump kick and she flies out a window. Hilarious!

ARROW has the best fight scenes currently on TV.

As for all time best fight scenes involving a woman, you have to go to the first two seasons of ALIAS, where Sidney Bristow regularly brought the hurt on to the bad guys. Her torture scene in Episode 1 is still being copied by movies and TV shows today. Joss Whedon even ripped it off for his first Avengers movie.

My wife watched the show, but I sat through a few episodes and that woman on Revenge beat the brakes off of plenty of guys on many different occasions.
