Walking Dead and Game of Thrones. I have *tried* to get into both, and I just can't. It's been suggested to me to read the Game of Thrones novel to try and get into the world and mythology, but I haven't done that yet.
The Walking Dead
Orange in the New Black
....and Downton Abbey. Its only distinctions from a formulaic uber-sudsy soap opera are British accents and better sets.
all my friends are tripping over American Crime and I just can't stand it. I LOVE Timothy Hutton but the characters are just so unlikable. The ex-wife Oh my lord.
All reality shows, but especially wannabe celebrity shows like Real Housewives of Anywhere

The Big Bang Theory. All I ever hear are raves about it, but I come across it once in a while, while flipping through channels, and I just don't get it. It's like this: *overly exaggerated "nerd" character says something completely unrealistic and *nerdy* --laugh track -- next completely unbelievable, stereotypical reference -- laugh track -- another nerd joke, closeup on dry reaction of other character -- laugh track... etc....*
And it's certainly not because I'm above goofy, unsophisticated humor, because I'm not.
