What happened to USA Network? For over 10 years they were my go-to network for entertaining series like Psych, Monk, Covert Affairs, Necessary Roughness, Fairly Legal, White Collar, Burn Notice, etc... and in the summer Royal Pains. And now nothing. Just "Suits" seeing out it's run. Now, if my cable company dropped USA Network from my line up I wouldn't miss it. Has Netflix changed the TV landscape?

Everything you named was the USA Network "blue skies" era. "Suits" was the first show to begin the shift away from that. Now they have "Queen of the South", "Mr Robot", "Colony", and "Shooter" with "The Sinner" set to debut this summer. I definitely wouldn't call that "nothing" but if it isnt your cup of tea that's fine. I'm not a huge fan of any of them other than "Suits" and "Mr Robot" myself.
Wrong demographic... USA Network's "Blue Skies" series appealed to an older audience than advertisers want. The escapist/comedy genre was defeated by the more serious "Breaking Bad", "House of Lies", "Dexter" type offerings.
As others have said, USA was the Blue Sky network. Light-hearted, positive shows. White Collar was arguably the pinnacle of that genre. They made a conscious decision about 2-3 years ago to drop BS, and move to darker, edgier shows. I remember reading an article on it, they felt the demo they wanted (young, 18-49, yada yada) would best be served by a different type of show.
While I miss many of those BS shows, they had run their course. And I enjoy the heck out of Colony, Mr. Robot, Queen of the South and more. So I can't say I disagree with their strategy.
