Watched the first episode last night. Strange, dark and perverse (and probably somewhat unhealthy for some) but I liked it. Just wacky enough........

Perverse? ? Oh oh.
All the teens are talking about this series right now.

That is why I added the "unhealthy for some" comment. I would not be comfortable with any teenager (impressionable by default) I know watching it........

It was a great show. I finished the entire season yesterday. It's definitely not your typical teen drama. So if your looking for a Dawson's Creek, The O.C., Gossip Girl, or Pretty Little liars then you will be disappointed.

I think people who liked 13 Reasons Why will also like this show.

Finished it last week. Very dark, but interesting.

The first episode was interesting. The second, not so much. I already cannot stand the girl. But I will probably keep watching........

End of the F'ing World is a really interesting show. The writing is very smart and they have cleverly made you care about the two characters, even though you know they have made some poor decisions and done bad things. The actors are fantastic. I am drawn to their story and hopefully there will be more episodes.

I only watched a little bit of it. It seemed contrived and strained to me, a "look at me, I'm so edgy" kind of thing. I probably would have liked it when I was younger though.

I'm about 4 episodes in and I'm liking it well enough (I'm an old lady though). I can see how teens and younger adults would really watch it. The girl definitely has a "look at me, I'm so edgy vibe," the guy does not. I find him to be the most interesting character and am enjoying his "development" already into the the 4th episode. Both characters are stereotypically acting out based on things that have happened to them. Alyssa with her mother's second, horrible marriage, and James with being abandoned by his mother, which to me, seems to be the catalyst for his "disorder." Since the series is based on a graphic comic series, I'm not holding out hopes for a total transformation of James.
