I like her character, but the writers need to make her a little smarter.
Weren't Ana and Robert still presumed dead when Nikolas came on? And didn't Ana later have amnesia? That's around the time she resurfaced on All My Children. I would be more shocked if she did know what was going on. I'm glad the writers remember that she wasn't around.

I just watched yesterday's show and I see that Maks ("Dancing with the Stars") is now on the show. lol

I did a quick google and I get the impression that he will be a regular and that this isn't just a guest spot.

I wonder if they will make him Sam's new love interest?

I agree about Shawn - that sucked the way he tried to intimidate Rafe.

I hope you all remembered the marathon on Soapnet this weekend celebrating General Hospital's 50 year anniversary. It is so great to see these old classic episodes again. I've missed Blackie so much and it has been great to see him again most of all. The dialog was so much better back then and the shows were put together in such a way, you didn't even know who was going to be on the show that day so you had to watch it all or you'd miss something. Those were the days.

The scenes were so much longer!

As someone who'd never seen the Luke and Laura wedding, I must say it was not as spectacular as I had imagined. Yes, it looked hideously expensive to produce by today's soap production terms, but it wasn't something that set any standards. Even Liz Taylor's appearance, which is so often talked about, was a glorified cameo--not what I expected.

Finola Hughes had awesome hair back in the day, didn't she? All twenty pounds of it.

Kristina Wagner and John J. York have not aged a day in the past 20 years. It is SCARY.

So in Thursday's scene where Luke meets Anna at the helicopter pad, you can see him walking from the street, and in the background there's a small bus with its doors open. The bus looks exactly like our local public transportation company's senior citizen bus. We thought it would have been funny if Luke rode the senior bus to the location, especially since he's got a reputation as a freeloader and senior citizens ride for free.

"Driver, before you stop at the community center for Bingo, could you drop me off at the helipad? I'm on a spy mission to find my daughter!"

"Yes, Mr. Driver-Man...right there. Next to that large grove of palm trees. Hmm? No, I'm not sure why there are so many palm trees here in upstate New York, either."

I was only 10 years old when GH hit the scene. I took a little tv with me to work the day Luke and Laura got married. It was the event of the year.

Jack Wagner has certainly aged well! He was pretty great on there today, singing his old song. I can't wait to see the rest of it.

Did John Stamos ever show up at all? When they mentioned Blackie and the [somethings?] I thought maybe it would be him!
