Hugh Laurie plays Bertie Wooster and Stephen Fry plays his valet (excuse me: "gentleman's gentleman"!) Jeeves.

Oh I loved the Amber character. She really lived up to her nickname, and was the only one that could give House serious crap.
I did not especially care for her relationship with Wilson, but - then again - I don't get 13 and Foreman either. And I ESPECIALLY did not get House and whatshername Stacy. But I digress. . .

Do you think they are building up to a season finale where House has some sort of mental breakdown?

I've seen a little bit of them on Leno - very cool!!! There's House, Mike from Desperate Housewives, the psychic cop and the flying politician from Heroes, and probably more that I didn't catch. All really talented.

I didnt know that the person who played that character was actually campagning for Candidate Obama...and, when Obama won, that the character would have to 'die quick' so that he could accept a position in Obamas Cabinet or where ever it is, they put him.

He wasnt a great character in my opinion either, and I neither cared if he was there or not, but, a suicide was an amazing thing, in my opinion for that show to experience. I never thought they would 'kill off' someone, just fire him... simply amazing!

I hope that he is happier in what ever political position he is now occupying and does a great job at it.

May the LORD Bless each of you.

I wish you well...

Jesse

I was just cruzin' around and found this thread. I love watching House and loved his British start with Wooster & Jeeves. Didn't Frye commit suicide?

I think that House is actually the world from inside Houses' mind. The way Cuddy dresses and flirts with House and all the other women either wear tight clothes or are gay(male fantasy). And Wilson is always at his beckoned call (sp?) acting like a lacky. The only one that pushed or argued with him was Forman.

I was just wondering if anyone else noticed/thought that or if it is just me and the voices in my head.

No Stephen Frye is alive. He had a nervous breakdown years ago and was missing for a while. Hugh Laurie was also on seasons 3 and 4 of Black Adder (Another BBC comedy) and "Fortysomething" which is hilarious.

I can't stand Amber. I found it interesting with as much as Wilson can yank House's chain and actually keep up with him, how he let Amber rule him in their relationship.

I don't even understand why Foreman is in the show anymore. His character is the most undeveloped of them all. I can't stand Cameron either. They had better not rekindle the "possiblity" of a House hookup with her by calling off the wedding with Chase, breaking them up, or whatever.

I like house edgy and cynical. He's hot and sexy that way. I'm still on the fence as to whether I want him and CUddy to get together. I'm thinking not.

I started watching House about six months ago. I'm pretty sure that I'm all caught up by watching the marathons on USA Network. I go back to the DVR if there is nothing else on.

I believe that Kutner's suicide was also a way for the producers to tell Kal Penn that he committed career suicide. Once Obama is gone, Penn will be on the outside looking in.
