There have been several TV shows, mostly series, that IMO should not have been canceled.

The one that sticks out to me is "My So Called Life" with a very young Claire Danes as a high school student. It was really a fine series. I was totally disappointed when it was canceled.

Firefly
Futurama
Jericho or Jeremiah (both had post apocalyptic scenarios that I enjoyed)

There was a show in recent years that featured Sally Field as a newly appointed Supreme Court Justice. The show went off the air after just a few episodes.

Dirty Sexy Money. I still can't believe ABC canceled it.

Pushing Daisies: visually stunning great characters and good writind all for nothing. I will say the final episode this past saturday was a satisfying end to the show. I'll still miss it. Wings were clipped before it got a chance to fly. Shame no other network wanted to take a chance on it
