I enjoy her shows, but it seems like you can't just cook food on a cooking show anymore. Now we have to see her husband and brother and have "themes." Barefoot Contessa is the same way. But I like when Giada cooks the healthy semi-veg Italian.

I know what you mean. I miss when the show's were just about recipes and amazing dishes. I still love Rachel Ray's "30 Minute Meals" because she always gets to the point and makes some fun meals..

Yeah, but she's not human. Humanoid, but not human.

Seriously, there's something very unsettling about her. I'll bet her production crew has to constantly be replenished due to...mysterious disappearances.

Think about it.

She has a big smile/mouth. And its like she's been coached on how to talk and smile at the same time.
I also notice she started out with more healthy things, which I love, but now she's got to rev it up to compete with the Paul Deans and so there's a whole lotta mascarpone cheese flying around.

I like that she always has just a wee bit of cleavage showing.

My foodie friend calls her "little big head".

I like her. I have all of her books and every recipe I've tried so far has been great. I met her once and she's really pretty and very sweet!
