I think it's the disease that hoarders have. Instead of stockpiling garbage...their disease manifests itself in non-stop pregnancy. Something tells me she'll be pregnant with #20 within 3 months.

I agree that Michelle is addicted to pregnancy. However, if she gets pregnant again, it will be her 21st child! I stopped watching the show when I realized that they NEVER EVER mention Michelle's FIRST CHILD JAMIMA. Maybe Jamima prefers to NOT be a part of this group, but to say that Josh is the oldest sibling just ticks me off.
I guess Jamima is like the oldest brother on Happy Days... out there but mostly forgotten.
You can stop being ticked off- there is no Jemima Duggar. Never was. You have the Duggars mixed up with one of the other large families that TLC has showcased.
I can't personally imagine having 19 children, but you know...I'm not the Duggars. It's their life, and they have personal beliefs that they're faithful to. They're also not raising their children in poverty, or creating a burden on society. So I have no criticism of them. But I wonder at what point they will STOP. I mean, yes...a child is a blessing from God. But a MOTHER is a blessing, too. It would be sad to see them continue until Michelle dies from a ruptured uterus or something like that.

I do not believe that is correct. There was a family on Kids by the Dozen who had an older estranged child, but I am 99.999999% positive the Duggers don't have another.

A mental illness... is a mental illness... wether it's manifested in someone hoarding material items or feeling the need to constantly have babies. Neither one is healthy.
