What town is the best place to rent a new house in the metro area in Puerto Rico for under $900? If you are a realtor or owner, feel free to contact me. :-)

Wow, under 900 in the metro area? La Perla would probably be about your only choice.

I'll extend the areas from as far west as Dorado and as far east as Trujillo Alto. Gracias.

Default Safest to live- Toa Baja, Toa Alta, Cupey, Trujillo Alto, Cataño

What would be a safe, very nice location? I'm looking for more green areas than Bayamon, Rio Piedras and Carolina offer, but still in a gated community and less congested. I really like Toa Alta/Baja because of its proximity to Dorado - without the heavy price tag. Are the following cities considered nice areas to live: Toa Alta/Baja, Cupey Alto/Bajo, Trujillo Alto, Cataño? I would like a fairly new house, a lawn area, and recreational facilities if possible - again my price tag is under $1,000.

If you have lived in any of these areas and can recommend various urbanizaciones con control de acceso, please let me know your experiences.

Not new but better options are

Gated
Toa baja
Las Fuentes/ estancias de las fuentes
Camino del mar (close to the coast)
Mansion del mar
Mansion del sol
Monte claro

The option in Catano. Is Marina bahia (may want to check the pollution, is close to the power company)

I can not provide feedback of cupey/trujillo or toa alta. but probably toa alta will have newer homes

Check this one.

I have an uncle who lives in Trujillo Alto and he likes it.
