Exploitation by the rich & developers will be an endless plague.
I worked & went to college in western PR in the late 70's & early 80's.
My favorite area was Lares & Utuado. I hear it's all developed now & filled with fat, rich retirees.

Well, they were skinny and rich when they moved in. The problem is that they found the ice cream shop in the town square.
