Hypothetical question for the Island. You're a tourist staying in Condado. Not getting a bailout effect you? Let's say you own a secondary home on the Island, How does this effect you? Thank You in advance.

If you are a regular tourist this doesn't affects you at all. Your trip could become more expensive if the PR government increase the sales tax, but other than that I can't think of anything it might affect a tourist.
As a property owner the risks are tied to possible property tax hikes and a slower increase in value (maybe even a decrease) if the demand falls due to cold feet in the market. Other potential issues I can think of are related to quality of life, especially if the home depends mostly on public utilities and services. If the government cuts back funding on those it will be felt by home owners.
There might be other issues, but these are the ones that come to my mind at this moment.
