Anyone on PA EB get new forms? (extension, claim, UI)

The PA UI website says not to call and to keep filing for EB to speed things up if an extension is passed using the paper forms, but I've run out of the personalized forms. They say they are supposed to regularly mail you a new batch but I mailed in the last one a week ago and haven't gotten new ones to claim this past week/future weeks yet. Anybody get new forms, or are they just not sending any right now?

maybe you could have a friend or someone on here scan one for you so you can print it out. Is there not one you can download on their website?

No, they are pre-printed forms with personalized info on them for each specific week, and only that form can be mailed on that week.
