I will move into Tier II a few weeks before November 30. My Tier II expires sometime early 2011. Will my benefits completely end then or can I still get extended benefits?

Under the existing system, unless the eligibility cut-off dates for the EUC Tiers are extended from late November into 2011, and unless the 100% funding for EB is reinstated after November 30 into 2011, there are no additional benefits to collect after you exhaust Tier II early next year.
