Anyone ever deal with a rude employee from the Labor dept?

New jersey unemployment is the worst. I have had the most rude and ignorant people answer my calls. They would be short with me not let me speak and hang up on me only after waiting an hour to two hour just to speak to someone. I'm so frustrated I have had way more ignorant people than helpful ones. They should make them give there names and I'd number because if u ask for it they will tell u no. I don't even know what else to say because words can't express how horrible these people have treated me. Something needs to be done right away.

You know, I HAVE heard that about NJ UE. Over here in PA, I've only had to talk to UE on the phone once, and they were fine. Met with many of the folks in the office and they were all great! Firm, but not rude.

As of next year this province won't have a person at Employment Insurance; it will be 100% phone.
You can't be accussed of being rude when you have no people.
