Like the title says, my initial 26 weeks is almost over. The thing is, the way my claims schedule worked out, the first time I claimed, it was for three weeks. Thus, I only have enough left in this balance for one week. Because the state has now stopped sending out those forms that tell you when to claim, I have no idea what I'm suppose to do. Should I continue to claim bi-weekly? I know I am eligible for more benefits, but I have not received anything from the state about them. Or should I claim this Monday for the one week and go from there?

I would claim the final week on Monday (for an odd SSN) to exhaust the State UI, and two weeks later for Tier I.
It worked for my neighbor going into Tier I.
