I just zero balanced my tier 1 extension, and this weeks payment is less than half of my usual weekly payment because it was all that was left in the account.

I am showing a zero balance and want to know if tier 2 will "reload" automatically.

I ask because getting in touch with them is next to impossible!

According to the web site I am eligible for the tiers as long as they start before the end of dec.

thx.

Continue to claim as usual. You will transition to Tier 2.

It depends.
Depends on what state you are in and what the unemployment laws in your state allow. Look for your state's unemployment claimant handbook in PDF form on your state's unemployment website.

Generally, you are required to work for X weeks (in the 2nd job) and gross earnings must be at least X times your benefit rate to qualify.
