New EUC Extensions?? (qualify, state, employment, Congress)

Hello, Since Congress voted in favor to extend Unemployment benefits till the end of the year. My question is, is there a new deadline to qualify for the next tier in EUC? At current my TIER 1 runs out for me in on the second week of April. On the NY unemployment website. The date for deadlines is still set for March 4th. However it also states that the last time it was updated was December 23, 2011. Please help as I cannot find any information anywhere.
