I filed for unemployment at the end of January 2011, I already completed 1 year.

My EUC Tier II Week 1 started on 01-21-2012 and with the claim I put in today I should only have 1 more claim before I exhaust tier II.

Will I be able to continue claiming once it is exhausted? If so how will I go about claiming, do I have to call like I did once I completed my first year?

Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

No need to call. Keep claiming. Continued claims trigger the transition process.

Thank you for the fast reply, my last question is how many more weeks will I be eligible to claim?

13 weeks - Tier III
06 weeks - Tier IV - provided NJ still has a UE rate of 9% at the time you exhaust Tier III in July

NJ might very well be triggered off Tier IV in 3 months. Too early to know, at this point. For now, best to plan on 13 weeks Tier III only.
