I just noticed that on my continued claimed form, it still says that claims expires 12/15/11 instead of 12, even though I recertified last Dec. Anyone else noticing the same thing? I live in CA. Thanks.

Actually, that is correct because you are still collecting on your original claim which expired 12/15/11. You did not establish a claim with a new expiration date at your recertification.
