When filing a new claim are you suppose to call and talk to a representive? or are you just suppose to do it online? I'm asking because it seems that if you didn't work that year like say 2012 your going to get denied.. Am I clear on that part, I mean shouldn't you try to speak to someone and just have them continue on your current claim/ old claim?

Thanks for everyone's help today? This is just so confusing..
