Hello, I have a question about the bi weekly UI payment requests (I think they call it filing a continued claim).

I live in Colorado and I was out of town all weekend, away from internet and no way to file my claim.

My date for filing a request was yesterday, Sunday, 12/16/12. When I was able to get online this evening, I went ahead and filed my claim, albeit one day late.

has this happened to anyone else, and if so, is the claim still okay or what will happen? What do I need to do?

You have this entire week to file. You are fine.
