I worked for a company from November '12 to end of January this year, then was laid off

I applied for unemployment here in Kentucky but when I did they wanted to see my income up to the end of October'12 (of which there was none)

So ok, I don't qualify as of yet....but my question is...how long do I have to wait until they look at the earnings from November '12 and on and I can re-apply assuming I don't have a job yet ??

I understand that in Kentucky, they look to see that you earned at least $750, and that they don't go by having to have 26 weeks in..?? I dunno, I could be wrong

If you file in April, KY will consider all your 2012 earnings.

Further to this, here is a KY benefit calculator:

Office of Employment and Training

You will probably need earnings in at least one other quarter of 2012 besides Oct-Dec. to qualify.

Plug in your numbers and see what you get.
