If someone has had this happened to them - could you steer me in the right direction. NY recently threw me back on the tiers from my first claim. I have direct deposit to my checking acct and have never had a problem - when the funds were released on Wed - they appeared in my account although they weren't completely processed until Fri.

This past week, the funds according to the NY UI website were released 5/30 after filing on 5/29 and supposedly direct deposit but never appeared in my account.

The website says if payment not received within 3 days contact your bank but then under the FAQs, it said if payment not received within 4 days call the UI telephone center. Any advise on who to proceed with first?

It will probably be easier to call your bank than NY UI so call them first Monday morning. Hopefully by then you'll see the money. If the bank can't help you then you'll have to call NY UI.
