From everything I am reading PA is still granting EUC benefits till the last day of December. My 26 state granted weeks of benefits will be extinguished this week.
My PA state benefits ended in July/August I actually called in and answered a few questions. They said they sent a form out to me but I wouldn't have to submit it because I answered the questions on the phone. They also told me (incorrectly) that I should file again in two weeks and I would get paid for three weeks. (Because your last claim you only received one week) But I should have filed the immediate next week and been paid two. So they had to reopen my claim.
Did you receive anything in the mail? I would call to make sure everything is alright. You will also probably also get a notice for an REA meeting soon, so make sure you are documenting your search requirements.
I just wanted to follow up in case it was helpful to others. I just called my local UC office and they switched me over to EUC benefits over the phone and told me the next date to file a bi-weekly claim. The woman I spoke to did not say anything about mailing anything and was very helpful. I also only had to wait about 10 minutes. I hear horror stories of people having to wait hours on hold, but I got right through and was only on the phone about five more minutes.
Under EUC, are you required to accept just any job that comes along, or does it have to be a reasonable pay and reasonable distance as with regular UC? Also, are there any other special requirements?

Nothing changes. Your state makes that determination.
