I have been collecting unemployment in NJ since November 2012. My claim was automatically extended in April 2013 but I am now seeing on my claim that I only have one more week of funds. I am still unemployed. Will they extend my claim automatically like they did in April?

Yes, NJ will transition you to the next tier.

You probably have remaining

Tier 2 - 14 weeks
Tier 3 - 09 weeks

Default What is Tier I? is that the original first 20 weeks?

It seems you don't even live in NJ but can comprehend the info on the site! God Bless You! Because I sure cannot.

I have been on unemployment since March 2013 and have one week left. Do I need to reapply for extended benefits and what Tier would this next stage be for me and how many week? I am a Sandy victim so am completely dependent on unemployment at this time. Thank you for any additional info you can provide.
