MA website weekly request benefits site down for maintenance. I'm sure the time-change is the issue.

It’s not just the website it’s also the telecert number as well. The site has been down since early this morning. For any claimants looking to request weekly benefits they will more than likely have to certify tomorrow should the site be back up and running.

The MA UI site was up this morning (Monday) around 4:30am, but as I was in the middle of answering the questions, it suddenly went down with a "site maintenance" message.

They Massachusetts Dept of Unemployment office also has an automated message on the main phone line stating all UI services which include filing new claims, assistance on claims, benefits are currently unavailable at this time until further notice and are attempting to be reasolved in a timely manner, please call back at a later time for more information.

Just an FYI for any claimants thinking calling the main number will help the situation, figured I’d save you the time because no calls are being accepted due to this system malfunction.
