I have a big problem with my PUA unemployment claim.

When I certify, I certify that I am able to work and that I do not have any personal or health problems but for some reason on my account it comes up as me responding yes to those questions and not getting paid. The last 2 times that I have called the EDD to tell them this, the representatives have been very rude to me and have both hung up on me. The first time the rep put me on hold for a few minutes and fixed it but hung up on me when I inquired about the issue. The second time was today and the rep told me that this is the way the system is made and that I have to wait 4 days for an adjuster to call me to confirm that I have no personal or health issue even though I already certified that I didn't when I certified online.

Has anyone had this happened to them or know what the issue is? It seems like they should just fix the problem since it's an error on their end but the rep told me today that I have to call in every other week now. Can you anyone offer advise? Should I call back again tomorrow?
