Yeah, money gets to my account the day after I certified. I just hope more claim balance gets added when they update the system again since my claim balance will run out soon. They added 4 extra months but did not add any extra claim balance. Maybe it will automatically be added after I use up the current balace.

Hope you get thru today but from what I've read everyone's account will be fixed soon.

^ Thanks again, well I won't be able to try calling for the 1st time today until around 3pm IF even that & Friday, I'll have more time to, but hopefully, it fixed itself by then, ha!

Keep us updated. I don't want to call back again and ask why didn't I get any extra claim balance added. It was such a pain to get thru the first time.

I was able to certify for wks 12/27 - 1/9 now too, YAY!!!! Thank God!!!

I didn't have to call, so sorry anjing408, I couldn't ask them your question you wanted to know.

That's what I meant to add. They didn't extend the balance amount NOT the benefit date, I see. Well, I assume/hope those will update soon too. Someone I know says that won't show yet till the download happens...for whatever reason that is.

So they extended your balance amount but not the benefit date?. My claim balance will be all almost exhausted after I certified again on 1/24.
