In January I was Fired for to many absences even though I was on a LOA.

To my surprise I was granted UI benefits (I Only ever received a Monetary Benefit Determination in the mail, I did recieve an email from them stating "we determined your claim can now be paid")

I did return to work briefly but left do to very poor COIVD-19 practices. I did correctly report that i had worked there and my earning for the time i worked (2 days). NY suspended my benefits temporary for a week and asked me a questioner stating where i worked?, why i left?, ect which I answered truthfuly to

I assumed because the benefits where being paid out my claim was approved "turns out this is not true?" Last week when I went to certify I received a judgement warning saying they have information that i have returned to work "which is not true" after a brief questioner I was able to certify.

Now I'm extremely worried that my whole UI claim down the road might be considered invalid and I will receive a notice to pay it all back, I talked to a NYDOL rep the other day and she said everything on my claim looks fine.

Can anyone chime on this and tell me if I do have the right to worry?

Sure, they had information that you returned to work, which is true. You filled out the questionaire about it. Then you received benefits. All that says you followed proper procedure and then started receiving benefits. The representative said your claim looks fine. Sounds like you have nothing to worry about.
