So I certified today and one week went to paid immediately and one week is pending. I have had the banner for update or file a new claim before my dashboard for about 3 weeks now. My benefit year expires 4/10/21 and I have plenty of money on my claim. Anyone have any idea what’s going on?

My one week ending in 3/13 is paid but the following week is pending as well. My benefit year ended 3/15, but i was told not to refile. I'm not sure what's going on either, I didn't receive any notification or a file a new claim on my dashboard. I hope everything gets solved for both of us.

i also noticed today that the same thing's happening to my account as well, ending 3/13 is paid, but ending 3/20 is pending.

at least i am glad to know that it is not only me who are getting this....

I’m gonna try and get through tomorrow, I noticed on Reddit that it’s happened to other people too. Someone said an new claim has to be filed others say just call and ask them to remove a block. Idk I just know I need that money released so I’m calling tomorrow.

Ok so I got through today and there was an issue with my benefit year, I should have had my benefit year expire but it didn’t. The rep filed a new claim for me and said I’d just have to wait for it to be processed but when I logged in I had a week available to certify for 3/20 I certified for it. My claim year and balance updated and my benefit amount actually went down like $25 per week but now I’m even more confused
