I currently live in Michigan,
Last august2020 I’ve applied for unemployment in Oregon(I worked full time in Oregon in 2019 then I moved out of the country for 3 months)
I moved back to USA and live in Michigan before COVID started to rise, and looked for work and I went one 1 day training back in March2020 and got paid $87 after the training day I never have a schedule to work or have no one call to work, I assumed that because COVID started to rising real bad many place are closed. I ended up not working with them I didn’t get fire, I didn’t quite, and they didn’t laid me off. So only 1 day training that’s all.
I applied for UI unemployment in Oregon in august 2020 and got approved couple months later.
I’ve really just realized it now that I forgot to include or mention that I did 1 day of training back in march2020, it really not in my mind at all that I did training and got paid, whole year I have been out of job and look for job.
Now 6 months later I received a tax document from the place I did 1 day of training. And I really really just realized that I forgot about this. I’ve tried to call UI unemployment but no luck. I did not intentionally misinformed I really just forgot and I also don’t think that count as working.
What should I do? I’m worried that I will get in trouble not telling them that. If the wage report isn’t match.
Can anyone advise what is best to do? And what could have happen?
