I also have boa and haven't received it yet. However last time this happened it showed up in my acct. About 3pm and it never says pending for me it just shows up however my reg. Benefit will always show pending.

Same here, ugh I just wish it would show up, it's showing up at other banks
Attached link explains why there were delays.. if a person was double paid last week or got more than the weeks they were entitled to forr the $300 they won't get a payment this week and won't get one until weeks are paid back they were overpaid. If person didn't get a payment they were due for by end of today they will be double paid next week
