My husband is currently receiving unemployment from Oklahoma, and although the law says the deadline is April 5th, they are telling us March 25th. Now from my understanding is that March 25th was the cut off for Cobra. I don't know if anyone here can shed some light on this, but we're very upset that Oklahoma isn't going by what the actual "Bill" is stating for April 5th.
Also I want to point out that my husband is currently not on a tier, he was just recently unemployed at the ending of 2009.
