Good News for all those that have run out, after reading this and several other articles a lot of people seem to be suggesting this might be a bogus report or maybe just wishful thinking. I sure hope not, let's keep our fingers crossed.

Don't hold your breath. It's still a good ways off. There is still that problem with how to pay for it.
