It's certainly very well done. But honestly, in this age of video effects, stuff like this can be faked. But if it is a fake, it is certainly a very good one.
Totally faked. The camera was a hand held ONTO CCTV images in order to not let us see the time codes -- you catch it every so often. The slow motion part was very jerky, so it was cuts made to do the action then do some rearranging... then action and then stop.
She pushed the long white table in the middle of the clip. Notice after the shove how the table cloth was much longer than the table it covers. Also, the other pieces move in the same direction and almost in the same line, indicating that the table and th other moving pieces were connected by something.
Another "When ghosts attack" situation. Overboard and staged. A few things moving around and a few shadows would have been enough. Less is often more just like in horror films. No chair/table throwing WWE style is necessary to be scary.
