Of an organ transplant?

My friend received a successful transplant over 30 years ago.
2 days ago she received a fb message from her cousin.
The cousin asked her if she knew anyone with a history of transplants.
She said yes Me, why do you ask?

Long story short the cousin says, " my coworker is a medium. She has told me a Thomas has been visiting me. Thomas wants me to tell someone in my family he is happy that he has helped other people with his organs."

My friend slowly told her cousin, " I named my organ Thomas, but very few people know this!" The medium has the same birthdate as my friend too.

The same day she talks to her cousin, both of us get a fb message from an old friend from 30 years ago. She found us.
She tells us she's on dialaysis.
We both said we felt a sense of doom while talking to our friend and learning about her health.
My friend is schedulled to meet with her in 2 weeks to reconnect.
I'm wondering if there is some force at work here.
