Any one ever used GatwickHireDrive (for rent, hotels, home)

Hello was wondering if anybody had ever used Gatwickhiredrive @ gatwick airport.

Looking for renting an automamtic in the UK for a couple of weeks they cam up in my search anybody used them heard of them?

Just wanted to bring up this old post.

I used this service and would highly recommend, I rented an automatic for two weeks for half the price off the big boys.

Are automatic cars becoming more and more popular in the UK? When I lived at home you were hard pressed to find an automatic, here in the states it seems like the norm. I must say, I like them.

No but my wife can't drive stick so I needed an auto and to be honest I ahve got used to auto, they still are not as common in the UK, I know from when I try to rent whenever I am back home, usually if I rent in Inverness I get upgraded everytime as they don't have any so give me the first auto they can get their hands on.
