Should age of consent be lowered to 15? (school, licensed)

Plenty of guys and girls seem to be doing it at this age now, so shouldn't the age just be lowered.

Look at all the ridiculous pseudo-outrage at Jimmy Saville and co - come on, this is hardly rocket science.

I did it at 15 as did many of my male and female mates at school - does that mean we are criminals?

If anything it should be raised to 18. I know people will have sex at whatever age they want, but at 16 you are still a child & not mature emotionally or otherwise to have sex, this is why so many underage teenage girls fall pregnant...

Just because a function is twisted does not make it intelligent.

Knowing whom one's parents are has an edge in survival and made man strong and supirrior to every thing else on the planet. Long ago people actually took note of the qualities of the mate in question, especially their harritage ,not in wealth but in health ,wanting their children to be healthy so the value was in quality.
Most young people are too stupid to care and are selfish punks believing them selves to be immune to the fire they play with . Nothing's changed kids are stupid and fire still burns.
And some people never grow up, and there are plenty like them that support the stupidity.
So you want to be licensed to bring that sytupidity to even a lower level , am I reading your OP right ?
